Brick Walls

You’re my darkness
My hate
You’re my evil that I never let out

You’re my light
My love
You’re the life I need

You’re the reason for my stony heart
For the scars still bleeding
The knife cut clean through

The wall being built around me
The shadow fallen on my sun
My curtain fall

Your blind eyes won’t see
Not until it’s too late
When my house has laid the last brick

Huff and puff
Blow as hard as you can
I won’t be seen, not anymore

Sealed away,
My heart won’t be touched
Won’t give way to anymore
